We take great care in packaging and delivering premium products including Main, Amber, Amber Dust, Bakelite, Mastic, Saffron, Faturan, antique casting materials, raw materials, crackers, and storage bags. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Due to the sensitive and collectible nature of our materials, opened or used items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Items purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Mesbahi. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
